We're now looking for a committed Candidate Manager for our office in Borås. As part of our central recruitment team, you'll work alongside colleagues across Sweden to find, attract, and quality-assure candidates for our assignments.
In this role, recruitment and candidate relations are your focus as you manage the entire recruitment process from identifying and attracting candidates through interviews, selection, and placement. You'll actively search and screen candidates through various channels, write job postings, and build and develop our candidate network.
An important part of the role is understanding our clients' needs and finding the right person for the right assignment based on skills, experience, and personality. You'll conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews, take references, and perform background checks to ensure we present the right candidates to our clients.
You'll maintain close and ongoing contact with candidates throughout the process and actively work to create a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through placement and potential employment.
You'll work closely with our Staffing Specialists and other colleagues within the organization. Together, you'll develop approaches, build candidate networks, and help find the best candidates for our clients.

We'd like to see you hold a post-secondary education in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Service Management, or similar. Experience in recruitment, candidate management, or other work where you've met many different people is a plus. Experience from staffing and recruitment agencies or the warehouse and logistics industry is also valuable.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. For us, curiosity, drive, and a willingness to develop are at least as important as previous experience. You don't need to know everything from the start – with the right attitude and willingness to learn, we believe you can grow significantly with us.
The role requires very good Swedish and good English, both spoken and written, good computer skills, and proficiency with the Office suite.
