About the Position We are seeking an engaged and hands-on team leader who thrives in a production environment and possesses natural leadership abilities. In this role, you will work actively in production while being responsible for providing feedback and following up with our employees on-site. We are looking for one team leader per shift, day and evening according to the times below, and weekend work may occur. Day shift: 06:15-14:55 Evening shift: 14:35-23:15 Your Responsibilities - Work actively in production - Coach and support employees to achieve set goals - Clear and ongoing communication with employees to create engagement and work satisfaction What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who currently works as a team leader or equivalent, with experience being operational and present in production. For us, it is important that you have natural leadership that makes following up and motivating team members a natural and obvious part of your daily work, rather than a task that feels heavy or time-consuming. Experience in monitoring productivity and a good understanding of logistics are requirements. As a person, we would like to see that you are cheerful, forward-thinking, and have a strong interest in developing and learning new things.
