Want to be part of making piadina Sweden's next Italian favorite?
In Italy, piadina is a self-evident street food – in Sweden, it's still fairly unknown. Just a few really good ingredients in a freshly baked Italian flatbread. That's it.
We've opened a craft piadineria in Stockholm and our goal is simple: to get more Swedes to discover piadina.
Now we're looking for you to join the journey.
With us, you do a bit of everything. We bake piadina and pizza, make fresh pasta, cook simple Italian food, serve wine, chat with our guests, and help out wherever needed.
This is a hands-on job where you switch between the kitchen, the register, and the dining room. Over time, we want you to be able to take full responsibility for a shift and feel that Casa Piadina is as much yours as ours when you're here.
Who are you?
We care less about your CV and more about who you are.
You're social, driven, and independent. You like people, love Italian food, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves in the kitchen. You want to take responsibility and think it sounds exciting to be part of building something that's still new in Sweden.
You need to speak Swedish well, since we want to be a bridge between Italy and Sweden.
Did you have a nonna who was a real azdora? Bonus points. 🇮🇹
Have you worked with a bakery, food truck, or food festivals? Bonus points.
Are you also killer on Instagram and food content? Even better.
But most importantly:
Above all, you want to be part of making piadina a natural part of Sweden's Italian food scene.
