We are now seeking a personal assistant for a 32-year-old social and cheerful man who lives with his family just outside Mariestad. There are varying interests, but one example is cooking. During the day, you will assist him at his job. You are someone who is calm, present, with a sense of humor, and who understands that you will sometimes need to stay in the background. His disability means you will be his arms and legs in various situations, but he leads and plans his assistance himself. As his assistant, you will help with personal care, transfers, household chores, and other activities. Being smoke-free and having a driver's license is a requirement as driving his car is part of the job. To commute to and from work, you will also need access to your own car. You don't need any special education; recruitment is based solely on personal suitability. 1 full-time position with scheduled working hours during day, evening, weekends, and on-call nights. Round-the-clock shifts may occur. Working hours can be adjusted to some extent.
