We're Hiring a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist for Our Auto Repair Shop! Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys juggling multiple tasks? Do you want to be the face of a well-respected auto repair shop? Then this might be the perfect position for you! About the Role We're looking for someone to work as a customer service representative/receptionist with us. You'll be a key person in our daily operations and the first person our customers meet – both over the phone and in person at the workshop. Responsibilities Your main duties will include: Greeting customers in person and over the phone Scheduling and following up on workshop appointments Ordering spare parts Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the right parts arrive on time Invoicing and processing payments Handling email and basic administrative tasks We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience in customer service or administration (preferably in the automotive industry) Is service-oriented, personable, and organized Has good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Holds a valid B-class driver's license (required) Is solution-focused and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same We Offer A secure and varied position in a pleasant work team Opportunities for professional development within the company A workplace where customer satisfaction and job satisfaction are paramount
