We at Attendo are now seeking a nursing assistant for Attendo Frösunda in Solna.
Attendo Frösunda is a residential care facility for the elderly in Solna with 41 places distributed across four floors.
We offer person-centered care with a focus on safety, participation and quality of life. The facility is located in a newly built area with good transportation connections and proximity to Hagaparken.
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a major part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich everyday life for our elderly residents.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with, for example, preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350p.
Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Driver's license category B (depending on segment/position)
Meritorious:
Extensive experience working in a dementia care unit and with people with dementia.
Experience in person-centered care and working with individual implementation plans.
Experience working in a team and taking responsibility for daily care.
Experience with delegation.
Experience from care work in elderly care
