We primarily work with insurance damage repairs, restoration, and renovations for private homeowners in Malmö and the surrounding area. We are a smaller company with short decision-making processes, close collaboration, and a strong focus on quality, organization, and satisfied customers. About the Position We're looking for an experienced all-around tradesperson who feels confident in several areas of building services. You don't need to be a specialist in everything, but you should be curious, solution-oriented, and willing to help where needed. The work is varied and you'll often follow projects through several different stages. This suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility for a quality end result and don't want to do the exact same task every day. Examples of Tasks Demolition and restoration following insurance damage Carpentry, kitchen installation, and flooring Caulking, painting, and wallpapering Tile work and bathroom renovations, if you have that experience Customer contact, photography, and documentation via mobile We Believe You Have several years of experience in building services or renovation work Are self-motivated, reliable, and quality-conscious Can work both independently and together with colleagues Find it easy to plan your work and solve problems that arise Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Are comfortable using your mobile phone for photos, documentation, and time tracking Have a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle It's particularly valuable if you have experience with tile work, but it's not a requirement. What matters most is that you have a broad practical foundation and a desire to continue developing.
