You have a genuine interest in people and their development and feel secure, calm, and stable when meeting different individuals. With a pedagogical and coaching approach, you can motivate and guide people based on their individual circumstances and needs.
You enjoy working practically with participants and being an active part of daily operations. At the same time, you are structured and comfortable with administration, documentation, and follow-up.
You have good collaboration skills and are skilled at building relationships of trust, both internally and externally. You can balance the individual's needs with the organization's overall goals and see the value of working toward common results.
Job Responsibilities
As a coach, you work closely with participants in their daily lives and support them in developing their abilities, strengthening their work capacity, and taking steps closer to employment or education. The work takes place both through individual conversations and by mentoring people in various practical work tasks and activities.
You plan, follow up, and document participants' development together with your colleagues. The role also involves coordinating initiatives, maintaining contact with various partners, and contributing to the continued development of the organization.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in the field, is present in daily operations, and has the ability to create structure while meeting people with respect, clarity, and commitment.
Qualifications
We see that you have relevant academic education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. It is a merit if you have knowledge of conversation methods, such as solution-focused conversations and motivational interviewing (MI). If you also have a broad network within the municipality and the business community, we see that as an additional strength.
