ICE Point Enterprises AB is seeking an engaged, meticulous, and solution-oriented Occupational Health & Safety Engineer or Specialist for an assignment in Gävleborg County.
You will play an important role in ensuring a safe and secure work environment and supporting project and work management in daily occupational health and safety work.

Scope: Full-time
Employment Type: Permanent position with an initial 3-month probationary period
Responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
Ensure that the operation complies with applicable occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, and regulatory requirements
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and occupational health and safety follow-ups
Prepare, review, and monitor occupational health and safety documentation
Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents and accidents
Support project management and work management on occupational health, safety, and security matters
Inform and train personnel on procedures, risks, and safety requirements
Contribute to and develop systematic occupational health and safety work
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous occupational health and safety improvements
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Has relevant education in occupational health and safety, occupational health and safety engineering, safety, or equivalent documented experience
Has good knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Work Environment Authority's regulations, and relevant legal requirements
Is meticulous, structured, and takes responsibility
Has good computer skills and experience with digital documentation and reporting
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
Can work independently while also collaborating effectively with project management, work management, and skilled workers
Has a solution-oriented approach and dares to take initiative when identifying risks or areas for improvement
Meritorious Qualifications
It is particularly meritorious if you have:
Experience from data center projects
Experience from large construction, installation, or industrial projects
Knowledge and experience of BAS-P/BAS-U
Experience with systematic occupational health and safety work (SAM)
Experience with risk analyses and incident investigations
Experience with safety reporting and follow-up
Experience from international project environments
Relevant occupational health, safety, or BAS certifications
