Work supervisor / experienced craftsperson – bathroom and kitchen renovations About the job We are looking for an experienced craftsperson with solid knowledge of bathroom and kitchen renovations. We are looking for someone who has practical experience and understands the entire renovation process – from demolition and preparation to finished bathrooms or kitchens. You don't need to be able to perform every task yourself, but you should understand how the different tasks connect and be able to coordinate tradespeople on site. We are looking for someone who: Has several years of experience with bathroom and kitchen renovations Has a good understanding of various aspects of construction, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, tiling, and painting Has solid knowledge of wet rooms and waterproofing Can plan and coordinate work on site Is hands-on, solution-oriented, and self-driven Is comfortable taking responsibility and ensuring work is completed properly Enjoys customer contact and collaborating with other tradespeople Excellent proficiency in Swedish and Russian, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
