About the role: As a customer service representative, you're responsible for daily customer communication and play an important role in their experience with the company. You handle incoming inquiries, answer questions, and actively work to find solutions that meet customer needs.
The work involves providing clear information, guidance, and support, while also managing and following up on cases in internal systems. In every interaction, you strive to deliver a pleasant, professional, and solution-focused approach that builds trust and creates a positive customer experience.
