Your Responsibilities We believe you have experience with CNC machining and a good understanding of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and work solution-oriented in a production environment where precision is critical. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, structured, and have a technical interest. You appreciate working in a team but are also comfortable taking your own initiative and driving your work forward. Your Profile As a CNC Setup Operator, you will have a central role in production where you are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and optimizing machines to ensure high quality and efficiency in manufacturing. You work closely with the production team and actively contribute to process and work method improvements. Being involved in continuous improvement work and supporting technical challenges in the milling department makes the role both varied and developmental. You will work with setting up CNC machines, starting new jobs, and ensuring that production maintains the right quality from the first part. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues in a technically advanced environment where you work on setting up and optimizing milling machines.
