We're now looking for dedicated baristas and restaurant staff for our staffing pool for exciting assignments in events, restaurants, and catering this summer!
About the Position
As part of our staffing pool at Rosénssons, you'll have the opportunity to work on varying assignments with our customers in the service industry. You'll be employed in our staffing pool, which means you'll work at one or more workplaces as needed. We customize solutions for our customers, which means you must be flexible, available with short notice, accommodating, and adaptable in new environments.
Responsibilities may include:
Barista work and coffee preparation
Serving and guest service
Cash register handling
Event service and catering
Preparation and basic kitchen tasks
Ensuring a positive experience for guests and customers
We're Looking for You If You:
Have experience from a café, restaurant, hotel, or event business
Are service-oriented with a positive demeanor
Enjoy working in a team
Are flexible and can work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
Speak Swedish or English

Can work extra shifts, both daytime, evening, and weekends.
Has previous experience in restaurants, cafés, runner positions, bars, kitchens, hotels, or similar service roles.
Has outstanding customer service skills and views excellent service as a given—our goal is to deliver service above and beyond.
