Your Role with Us As Department Manager, you will be a key person in the management group and work closely with the Operations Manager to drive the business forward in every way. Together with a competent team, you will develop the health center to meet the needs of the residents in the best way possible. You and the Operations Manager will share responsibility for operations, personnel, and finances for the health center. The Operations Manager is ultimately responsible, but you will be a critical link. Together, you will work to create good conditions for a sustainable work environment where engagement, participation, and collaboration are promoted. Healthcare is in an exciting development phase with new demands and expectations, which places high demands on present and development-oriented leadership. As Department Manager, you are an important driving force in the work of business development and continuous improvement, with emphasis on operational implementation. In the role, you are expected to communicate and implement the health center's and Närsjukvården's goals and visions in daily work. You have the courage to make decisions and stand behind them, with an eye toward what is best for the business, employees, and patients. You will be employed on a permanent basis in your core profession with a four-year management assignment. The arrangement is intended as 80% as Department Manager and 20% clinical work in your core profession. About Vårdcentralen Hylte Vårdcentralen Hylte is a pleasant health center located in Hyltebruk with proximity to nature and tranquility, hundreds of lakes and large spruce forests interspersed with open landscapes and small, cozy villages. It is easy to commute and park right at the health center. In addition to the health center, there is a children's health clinic (BVC) as well as a branch in Torup and a small clinic in Unnaryd. We are a good team of approximately 40 fantastic employees working to care for approximately 10,000 registered patients. In Hyltebruk and Torup, many have worked for a long time. At the health center, there are doctors, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, nurses, district nurses, BVC nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a social worker, and psychologists. The development step we are planning to take going forward is to create expanded teamwork and invest in expanding our digital offerings. As a person, you are communicative, structured, and have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your assignment. You who are applying have experience working in healthcare, preferably within public administration. You have a college degree in healthcare, or alternatively an equivalent degree in combination with work experience that the employer deems equivalent. Merits: Experience working as a coordinator or equivalent function. Experience in primary care. Experience in a personnel management and/or business development role. Leadership training. Knowledge of revenue-financed and competitive operations. Knowledge of scheduling. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system. You must have a Class B driver's license. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Scheduled Interviews Interview 1 with recruiting manager, digital: 12/10 and 13/10. Interview 2 with recruiting manager, in-person in Hylte or Halmstad: 19/10 and 20/10. Union interviews, digital: 26/10 (afternoon) and 27/10 (morning).
