We at Attendo are now seeking a Group Manager for Attendo Näsbyterrassen. Attendo Näsbyterrassen is a modern, newly built residential facility with a focus on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We are located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a pleasant newly built area with cafés, restaurants, and green spaces around the corner. The facility has 100 apartments, for both individuals with dementia and somatic illnesses. At the top of the building there are two large terraces, a spa and relaxation department, a large common hall, and a gym for our customers.

About the Group Manager Role
As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work yourself in the daily care work together with the team. The role involves present and supportive leadership in the operations where a large part of the job is working with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Attendo's approach and values.
You have several group manager colleagues and you cooperate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

Main Responsibilities
Guide and work in the daily care work together with the team.
Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.
Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development conversations.
Involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Educated nursing assistant or equivalent professional experience, preferably within elder care.
Good computer skills.
Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
Meritorious if you also have
Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning.
Experience in elder care.
