About Attendo Lundby Park
Attendo Lundby Park is a newly built modern senior living facility with a focus on Sport & Spa and Culture & Entertainment. Here, activities and well-being are in focus. The facility has 99 comfortable and bright apartments distributed across ten units with large balconies and fine common areas for socializing. Here, care is created in the customers' way. The facility is located near shops, restaurants, and the tram stop is right outside.
About the Group Manager Role
As a group manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and work directly in daily care work together with the team. The role involves present and supportive leadership in the field, where a large part of the job is working with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and participate in developing and ensuring quality in the operation in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.
You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.

Main Responsibilities
Guide and work in daily care work together with the team.
Responsible for daily operations and planning on the unit/floor for your team.
Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development conversations.
Participate in developing and ensuring quality in the operation.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Trained nursing assistant or equivalent professional experience, preferably within elderly care.
Good computer skills.
Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Merits if you also have
Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning.
Experience in elderly care.
