About the Position Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introduction period with Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Refrigeration Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Indoor for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer to Indoor, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. About the Introduction Period The introduction period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical sections are combined with practical components to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop skills in the following areas: Refrigeration Technology Electrical Engineering Piping Systems and System Design Refrigerants and F-Gas Regulations Refrigeration Certificate Category 1 We offer study support throughout the entire introduction period. About the Position As a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor, you will be part of the service department consisting of 8 technicians. In this role, you will have extensive customer contact and work with most aspects of refrigeration—from maintenance and service to renovations, troubleshooting, and improvement proposals for customers' various facilities. Each assignment varies in scope, and you will work in many different types of environments, ranging from small restaurant kitchens to large industries or property management companies. The position also includes extensive documentation and reporting in systems. You are responsible for your own customers and have considerable freedom in the role while having close support from knowledgeable colleagues with broad expertise in various areas. To provide you with the right conditions in the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually become familiar with the organization, the customers, and the different types of facilities you work with. You will have access to a company vehicle and will drive out to your customers' locations once you have settled into the role. We Are Looking for You If You Are 18 years of age or older Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Have a strong interest in making a career change to Refrigeration Technician Possess a valid Class B driver's license Have passed the required tests (MAP & Matrigma) Have passed background check We believe that your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive during the introduction period and as a Refrigeration Technician at Indoor.
