We are now seeking additional CNC operators for our night and second shift positions! Independently set up and operate CNC machines for titanium dental implants and accessories. Work in a medical device manufacturing environment as part of a team of approximately 20 employees. Responsibility for ensuring product quality meets established standards. Work with control systems including Fanuc and Siemens. Actively participate in improvement initiatives and think creatively for the organization's benefit. You'll have opportunities to participate, and if you have prior experience with Lean, 5S, Standard Work, continuous improvement, etc., that's a plus. Qualifications You need to have completed a CNC training program with passing grades. What Merits Experience as an Experienced CNC Operator? Previous work experience in the field. A genuine interest in industrial manufacturing. A valid driver's license. You: We're looking for someone with CNC experience who wants to develop and continuously improve!
