About the Job
In your role as a tool maker, you'll have overall responsibility for the tool inventory and play a key role in keeping production running. Your work tasks will include:
Responsibility for the tool inventory and ensuring that production tools are in good condition and available.
Cleaning, servicing, and preparing tools for production startups.
Refurbishing and maintaining tools as well as ordering necessary spare parts.
Working closely with production and planning to ensure the right tools are in place at the right time.
Participating in improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of standards and processes.
Supporting colleagues and sharing your knowledge and experience.
Qualifications
We'd like you to have a tool maker, machine technician education, or equivalent experience from industrial production. You have a good understanding of tool technology, maintenance, and production processes. Experience from modern manufacturing industry – for example in metal, plastic, or component manufacturing – is a plus.
Personal Qualities
You have a genuine interest in mechanics and a natural sense for precision and quality. As a person, you are structured and independent, but also enjoy collaboration and willingly contribute to the team's collective results. You are solution-oriented, engaged, and have an eye for improvement opportunities in your work.
Swedish spoken and written is a requirement.
