Do you want to lead a high-tech 3D printing workshop in an exciting growth phase? As Workshop Manager for Additive Manufacturing (AM), you'll have the opportunity to direct a modern workshop where delivery precision, quality, and productivity are in focus. How You Will Make an Impact
You ensure a safe and attractive work environment with a focus on health and well-being.
You lead and monitor daily operations to achieve high on-time delivery (OTD) and productivity.
You work with capacity planning and resource optimization for efficient production flows.
You develop and implement work methods and processes in consultation with the global AM technical organization.
You drive Lean methodologies with a focus on 5S, standardized work, and visualization.
What You Bring
You have experience leading production or workshop operations.
You have documented experience with Lean Production and improvement initiatives.
You thrive with building structure and developing operations.
You have a good understanding of production management and quality work.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the Team
You will be part of the local AM management team in Finspång, where collaboration with the global AM organization is central. Together with your team, which currently consists of approximately 15 people, you will work on manufacturing and repairing advanced turbine components for Siemens Energy units and customers worldwide. The team is committed to continuously improving processes and delivering high-quality products.
Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines under one roof, together with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced carbon footprint.
