Workshop Manager - Truck and Tire Service

As a workshop manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the truck and tire service workshop. You lead and plan the business and ensure that work is conducted efficiently, safely, and with high quality. The role involves both operational and strategic responsibility and suits you if you enjoy combining leadership with close engagement in daily operations. Your main responsibilities include: · Lead, plan, and develop daily workshop operations · Personnel responsibility for mechanics and other workshop staff · Plan and monitor work flows, staffing, and capacity · Develop and improve work methods, routines, and processes · Take responsibility for workplace environment and safety matters within the business · Manage procurement of spare parts and materials and coordinate external service assignments as needed · Plan and coordinate work related to tire service and tire workshop operations · Ensure high quality and good service to our customers · Work closely with other managers and functions within the business and group We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and able to create order and momentum in a business where the pace is periodically high. You are confident in leading others, take responsibility, and enjoy working closely with both colleagues and customers. Experience from workshops, heavy vehicles, the transport industry, or similar operations is a plus. Previous experience in supervisory or personnel management roles is also a plus.
