🚀 BODHICOURT IS SEEKING A DRIVEN WORKSHOP MANAGER We're building the future of padel courts – and now we're looking for you to help us scale up production. Bodhicourt has developed an innovative, modular padel court with a completely new design. Now we're taking the next step and seeking a workshop manager who wants to play a central role in our continued growth. WHO ARE YOU? You are a person who: 🔧 Is hands-on and technically skilled ⚙️ Has experience in a workshop or industrial environment 🔩 Knows aluminum, welding, and assembly 📐 Can read drawings and understand construction 💡 Likes finding smarter and more efficient solutions 👷 Can lead and organize others 🚀 Wants to be part of building something from the ground up You don't need to be an academic. We value what you can actually do. YOUR ROLE You will be responsible for day-to-day production and help develop our production methods, fixtures, and workflows. This is an opportunity to have major influence from day one.
