Are you handy and quality-conscious? We are now looking for a dedicated employee for the grinding department in Västra Frölunda – a practical role with opportunities for development! WORK RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a workshop technician, you will work for our client in Västra Frölunda. You will be part of the grinding department with work characterized by variety, with a focus on grinding metal sheets. You will be part of a small work group, but your tasks will be performed individually. Your main responsibilities: Grinding and grading. Manual machine programming and machine maintenance. Delivery runs with a smaller truck. Assembly and bench work. Working hours are during daytime, with flex schedule options available. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS To be a good fit for the workshop technician role, we see that you are a handy, flexible, and solution-oriented person who can take own initiatives. You need to have a quality mindset and thrive with varied work; some days tasks may be more routine-based and other days more varied and challenging. For the right person, there are good development opportunities to grow further within the company. Important for the position: Previous experience working in a workshop/industrial environment. B-category driver's license. Forklift certification (counterweight and reach stackers). Fluent in Swedish. Merits: Experience from the metal industry. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. ABOUT THE POSITION This is a full-time consulting assignment where you work Monday to Friday during daytime hours. You will be employed by Eterni and hired out to our client in Västra Frölunda. The assignment starts with a fixed-term contract of 6 months with good opportunities for extension.
