We are now seeking a Business Development Manager with partial process responsibility in technical property management. You will have a central role in developing our services, processes, and work methods. The role combines strategic development work with operational support to the business and suits someone with deep expertise in property management and a strong interest in development and improvement. Make a Difference with Us As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing company-wide processes, models, and support functions in technical property management. You function as specialist support to the business and ensure that our services and work methods meet both the business's and the market's needs. You monitor industry developments, follow up on regulatory requirements, and drive competence development within your area of responsibility. The role involves close collaboration with different parts of the organization where you contribute to creating efficient, consistent, and future-proof work methods in technical property management. Your responsibilities include: Develop and manage a uniform product and service offering in technical property management. Develop and implement common work processes, routines, and support functions. Drive the development of existing and new services and ensure implementation in the business. Lead and coordinate internal networks within your specialist area. Provide expert support to the business at regional and local levels together with your internal network. Take responsibility for or contribute to the development of training concepts and training materials, and conduct training initiatives. Act as the business's client for relevant operational systems vis-à-vis the IT department. Monitor the external environment, follow up on regulatory and industry requirements, and identify market needs for new services. You Contribute with Your Expertise and Commitment Relevant academic education in property management, building technology, property engineer, civil engineer, or another related field. At least three years of experience working with technical property management, technical safety coordinator, or another related field. Experience with process development and the creation and documentation of processes. Documented experience independently driving development work and projects and converting ideas into concrete and practical solutions. Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of housing associations and Aff. We would also like to see experience conducting training or leading internal networks, as well as experience working at the interface between operations and IT. Who Are You?
