We are looking for an operations developer for our research advancement mission. The Swedish Agency for Accessible Media (MTM) vision is a society where all reading is accessible. We are a national knowledge center for accessible media working to ensure that everyone has access to news, literature, and information about society. About the Job As an operations developer, you will work with a focus on developing the agency's work as a knowledge center for accessible reading and accessible media. You will work on developing and acquiring knowledge in the form of research and other investigations and studies. You have an important role in driving and developing the agency's work on compiling, analyzing, making accessible, and communicating results from research and various types of investigations. You will participate in the agency's methodology development work and other assignments and projects. In addition, you will lead, coordinate, and develop MTM's research advancement work toward universities, colleges, and research institutes. We are looking for you who have: Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field of study for the agency, such as library and information science, pedagogy and special education, psychology, linguistics, media and communication science, sociology, public health science Education in research methodology Experience with strategic work Experience with operations development and planning Experience with leading and coordinating work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have: PhD in a relevant field of study Experience in creating networks and contacts with universities and colleges Experience in translating research into practice Experience with research advancement work Experience with project or process management Knowledge of MTM's target groups Personal Qualities To succeed in the role, you need to have: Holistic perspective Good collaboration skills Good communication skills Flexible Relationship-building Analytical ability Self-directed Initiative-taking About the Workplace MTM offers an attractive workplace that is free from discrimination and provides equal opportunities for all. About the Employment The employment is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Salary setting at MTM is in accordance with the central wage agreements RALS/RALS-T and we apply individual salary setting.
