We are now seeking a relationship-building and innovative operations developer with focus on the church and civil society in Örebro municipality, as well as the southern part of Örebro County.
What will you do as an operations developer with us?
As an operations developer with us, you'll develop folk education work together with Sensus partners in accordance with Sensus and state guidelines. An important part of your work will be training and supporting groups and circle leaders, and developing activities in cooperation with parishes and associations. You're expected to build new relationships and networks, while also maintaining existing ones.
You'll also handle administrative tasks such as planning, budgeting, and monitoring activities. Outward-facing communication is a large part of the role; in addition to daily communication via phone and email, you'll work with newsletters and social media, with support from our support functions. You'll both lead and participate in various development processes. As part of your position, you'll also be responsible for local projects with external financing. Your work will be varied and you'll plan and prioritize your work largely independently.
You'll work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues who have similar tasks. You'll be based at the office in Örebro where your main area of responsibility is Örebro municipality and the southern part of Örebro County, but assignments and travel to other parts of Sensus will also be part of the position. We also have several national groups that bring together staff within our areas of operation for support, inspiration, and shared development.

Have good knowledge of and experience with the Swedish Church
Have strong commitment to civil society, folk education, and culture
Have experience working with process leadership in groups and associations
Have good communication skills and are skilled at creating and maintaining relationships
Have the ability to administer, do financial planning and follow-up
Have the ability to work both independently and in a team
Are initiative-taking and goal-oriented
Have a good ability to learn about and learn new things and adapt to new conditions
Qualifications
Relevant post-secondary education or other equivalent education
Several years of experience from educational work
Class B driver's license
Meritorious
Experience working in project form from idea to completion
Experience working with culture, choir, and music
Have experience working within one of our profile areas such as life questions, norm awareness and inclusion, existential sustainability, and group processes
About the position
The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible or February 1. Collective agreement exists between Fremia and Unionen. We apply goal-oriented working hours. Work location will be Örebro. Travel, including overnight stays, is part of the position.
