The Finance Department is a national department responsible for providing support in financial planning, monitoring and forecasting, executing payments and transfers, managing loan frameworks for operational investments, ensuring financial reporting and accounting, and developing and shaping the agency's financial operations. The department is led by the department head and is organized into three units and two support teams. We are now seeking a Business Coordinator for the Finance Department's support team. The support team works closely with the department head and provides assistance in planning, monitoring and coordinating operations. The team also coordinates department-wide matters such as internal controls and compliance, risk management, and business continuity. Job Description As a Business Coordinator, you will be a qualified and close support to the department head. You will contribute to creating structure, momentum and quality in the department's work and support the department head in coordinating and monitoring the department's operations and finances. The work encompasses both strategic and operational matters. As a Business Coordinator, you will also prepare cases, develop decision-making materials, write responses to consultations and reports, and carry out qualified investigative assignments. As a Business Coordinator, you have strong analytical skills and are accustomed to working independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on goals and results. You take initiative, drive your assignments forward and ensure they are completed. You have excellent ability to build relationships within the organization as well as with external partners. More about working with us Basic Requirements University or college education of at least 180 hp in political science, economics, organization or leadership, or equivalent relevant experience acquired in another way. Relevant experience working as a Business Coordinator or in an equivalent qualified role providing close support to a manager or leader, such as in coordination, analysis, monitoring and case preparation. Multiple years of experience working in a government agency or other public sector organization. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Merits Experience in development or investigative work. Experience in internal controls and compliance, risk management and business continuity work. Experience in operational development and in developing working methods and processes in a digitalized organization. Experience in giving presentations, leading work meetings, workshops and similar meeting formats. The state values guide us in our daily work.
