Job Responsibilities
As an operations manager, you are a key person in daily operations. You lead, coordinate, and develop the work of Municipal Rehabilitation together with employees and unit managers within municipal primary care.
You will, among other things:
Lead and allocate daily work within Municipal Rehabilitation. Drive and participate in operational development based on the organization's goals and guidelines. Represent Municipal Rehabilitation in internal and external development forums. Be the operations representative in assistive devices forums and other relevant networks. Monitor the external environment within the assistive devices field and other relevant development areas. Plan and coordinate orientation for new employees. Provide support and serve as a sounding board in complex matters. Collaborate with other operations managers within municipal primary care. Work directly with patients when needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist and who thrives in a role where you can combine structure, development, and collaboration.
You must have a license as an occupational therapist or physiotherapist. At least three years of experience from municipal primary care. Experience working in a politically governed organization. Good digital competence. Analytical ability and a holistic perspective. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
As a person, you are confident, unpretentious, and engaged. You enjoy creating structure, see opportunities in change, and are motivated by developing both operations and people. You work independently, collaborate well with others, and have a positive and inclusive approach. You are flexible and easily adapt to the organization's needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
A class B driver's license is required.
