Do you want to be part of developing Psykosvård Stockholm? Psykosvård Stockholm is a new operation within Stockholm County Healthcare Area, SLSO, since January 2026. The operation is part of the Psychiatry and Habilitation operational area together with 11 other operations. Psykosvård Stockholm consists of 3 sections and 21 units located throughout the county with approximately 800 dedicated employees. The operation provides comprehensive care for patients over 18 years old with psychotic illness with the mission to provide equitable and equal care. We offer assessment, investigation and treatment according to national guidelines and regional care programs. Within Psykosvård Stockholm, development work, education and research on psychotic illness are conducted. The work is carried out in multiprofessional teams to make the care and treatment around the patient as good as possible. The controller role is to support the operation's managers within economics, operational planning and follow-up. The role offers great opportunity for independent work while you work together with other controllers within the Operational Area. You report to the head of operational support where the position is also located and the workplace is at St Eriksplan. Travel to the various units in Stockholm and Södertälje is included in the position. Work Tasks In the role of operations controller, the following are included: Responsibility for budgeting, results follow-up, development of forecasts and reporting of monthly and annual accounts. Follow-up and analysis of economic and operational statistics as well as key figures. Development of decision-making materials for, for example, new agreements, authorization/deauthorization, changed assignments, facility changes and investment decisions. Participation in activity planning and operational follow-up. Working together with operations on production and capacity management. Participation and representation of economic matters on the result units' management groups and other staff meetings. Active participation in working groups for further development and improvement of working methods and procedures. Quality assurance of accounting systems and income statements, including customer invoicing and postings. Work tools used include the accounting system Raindance, the follow-up tool QlikView/Sense and the Office package. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: A five-year academic degree with an economic focus (Master of Science in Business Administration or equivalent). At least three years of experience working as a controller, or other qualified economic work, after graduation. Good IT skills, primarily in Excel. Very good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Good pedagogical ability to clearly explain economic follow-up to healthcare managers and employees. Merits We would like you to have experience with development work as it may involve development of existing and new applications in your work tasks. Experience with the accounting system Raindance. Other Information Trial employment may be applied. The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be used for internal redeployment, according to applicable regulations. For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare Area: - record checks are applied before employment decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for record checks in employment. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee medical examination, according to applicable directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment. - in addition to Swedish professional credentials, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
