About the role As operations manager for Orthodontics in Halland, you have overall responsibility for four clinics (in Halmstad, Falkenberg, Varberg, and Kungsbacka), employees, work environment, finances, and results. You lead the operations with a clear focus on quality, development, and good collaboration. Through present and strategic leadership, you create conditions for the continued development of the business and have management responsibility for both employees and managers. Orthodontics has a strong position, high expertise, and a well-established patient focus. We are looking for someone who values what works well today while also seeing opportunities to develop the business to meet future needs. Together with employees, managers, and union representatives within Public Dental Care, you work to create good conditions for high patient safety, accessibility, and a good work environment. Your responsibilities include Lead, develop, and follow up on operations based on established goals. Create engagement, participation, and good conditions for employees. Drive development and change initiatives with the business's best interests in focus. Ensure that the patient's needs and experience are at the center. Work strategically with quality, finances, and business development. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the business's development. You will be employed on a permanent basis in your core profession, with a four-year assignment as manager. About you We are looking for a confident and engaged leader with great drive and strong ownership of your assignment. You have the ability to see the whole picture while translating strategic goals into concrete results. You are development-oriented and motivated by creating improvements together with others. Through present and trusting leadership, you create engagement, accountability, and good collaboration. Requirements for the position Post-secondary education in dental care. Confident leader with management experience. Knowledge and understanding of both systematic work environment management and labor law. Knowledge and understanding of the connection between finances and operations, from budgets, forecasts, and operational planning to results and statistics. To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients/clients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Driver's license (Category B). Meritorious Experience in project management or strategic process development. Experience managing other managers. Education in leadership, labor law, and/or work environment.
