We are now recruiting an Operations Manager for Pilfinksgården in Västerås. This is a full-time permanent position. We offer leadership training and several benefits. The elderly care facility Pilfinksgården is centrally located in the Råby district of Västerås. The unit has 47 apartments distributed across six units, specializing in care for residents with dementia. We are a dementia-certified facility, which means all our employees are trained in dementia care and person-centered approaches through the Dementia Academy. For us, it is important that you want to be active and present in the daily operations. This allows you to ensure that the company's values, current agreements, and applicable legislation are followed. It is also in the daily operations that you nurture and develop relationships with employees, residents, and their families. You also maintain good relationships with relevant authorities. You report to the Regional Manager and are part of their management team, with budget and results responsibility for the operations. Be business-minded by having the willingness and ability to manage and monitor operations based on quality goals and financial frameworks. You have relevant higher education in care and welfare (such as social worker, nurse, social care) and experience in elderly care. You also have several years of documented experience in management positions and good references regarding leadership. All Operations Managers participate in our leadership program where you have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through our training organization Lära. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
