Now there is an opportunity to run a Praktikertjänst dental practice in Solna as the current co-owner wants to retire.
The practice is newly built in 2015 and spans 117 kvm. It consists of 3 treatment rooms with a Sirona Teneo 2015 in rooms 1 and 2022 Sirona Ds Intego Pro in room 3.
The premises are located near public transportation, only 50 m to commuter trains and buses and 200 m to the light rail.
We who work here are two practicing dentists, 1 dental hygienist and 2 dental assistants.
When you enter as a co-owner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice. To assist you, Praktikertjänst has a network of specialists in various areas, such as security, legal, HR, property, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communication, procurement, pension and environment. As part of the role, you are responsible for the business results, which means you create a budget and are responsible for the financial outcome.
Job Responsibilities
You lead and distribute work for the staff
You work clinically as a dentist
Personnel management, goals and development conversations as well as salary reviews
Recruitment as needed
Ensure that staff have sufficient knowledge and work on competency development
Responsibility for the work environment
Qualifications
Licensed dentist
3-5 years of work experience
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Personal Qualities

You are a skilled clinician who sees it as self-evident to combine quality dental care with good patient relations. You also enjoy leading other people.
