Your role
As Operations Manager, you are responsible for day-to-day operations and lead the local business.
You plan staffing, lead employees, and ensure that our guests and property owners receive top-quality service. The role is both operational and strategic – you work close to the business while developing routines, processes, and ways of working.
We believe in people who take initiative, see opportunities, and want to develop. That's why you'll have great freedom with responsibility and close support from company management during your onboarding.

Requirements
Good Swedish and English, spoken and written
Driver's license (category B)
Access to your own vehicle
Meritorious
Leadership experience
Experience from hotel, service, or tourism industries
Additional language skills
