The Operations Manager role As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, employees, and finances. But above all, the role is about creating the right conditions for people to succeed. You lead and develop the operations together with engaged employees and your management team. You translate goals and strategies into concrete development, follow up on results, and create pathways forward with the team when needed. We believe in present and trust-based leadership. You therefore need to be comfortable working close to the operations, listening, creating participation, and being able to make decisions when necessary. As Operations Manager, you'll also be part of Bra Liv's management team. Your future workplace Bankeryd Primary Care Center is part of Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv, the publicly operated primary care in Region Jönköpings län. Here you'll meet an engaged and competent team of around 40 employees from different professions. Together we care for just over 9,900 registered patients and provide care for people of all ages and all stages of life. The primary care center is located about one mile northwest of Jönköping. You can get there easily by car, bike, or train; from Jönköping's travel center, the train ride takes only about six minutes. You'll be offered a permanent employment in your basic profession applicable within primary care, with a time-limited assignment as Operations Manager. The position is full-time with start date by agreement. Are you the person we're looking for? We're looking for someone with a healthcare-related higher education degree and experience from health and medical care, preferably from primary care. Other education and experience that the employer deems relevant may also be relevant. You have previous experience in management or leadership roles, preferably within health and medical care, and have a good understanding of working in a politically governed organization. As a leader you are communicative, confident, and engaged. You have a strategic perspective, but also enjoy being close to the operations and the people in it. You can create direction and engagement and bring others along toward common goals. You're interested in how all professions contribute to the work at the primary care center with trust-based leadership where every employee is seen and has the opportunity to contribute based on their expertise.
