Dentist/Operations Manager!
We are looking for you
We are seeking a driven, positive, and engaged operations manager/dentist for our clinic in central Västervik. Your personal qualities are important to us, and we are looking for a driven person who can work independently, has great commitment to their work, but also has good collaboration skills, strong social competence, and is flexible. In your role as operations manager, you will also be responsible for recruiting "your" staff for the clinic.
We are a centrally located private clinic in Västervik with the sea as our neighbor, and we are looking for exactly you. Here you will work with all areas within the dentist's scope of expertise—both clinically and administratively, such as vacation planning, finances, etc.
Västervik is a coastal town on the east coast with unique opportunities thanks to its proximity to the sea, and recreational activities flourish in the summer. There are opportunities for kayaking, sailing, festivals, great food, musicians, flea markets, various sports events, and much more.
