We are seeking a Business Architect for an exciting government agency project
Assignment Description
The client is looking for reinforcement in customer engagement and insolvency supervision development.
In the work of developing customer engagement, an important task will be to develop, describe, and establish a solution at the enterprise level for written communication between the customer and the agency's staff, as a complement to existing e-services. There may also be target image work, mapping of products and services against existing channels, and more.
The assignment also includes enterprise-level identification of needs, processes, and information related to insolvency supervision development and reconstruction management.
The work is carried out together with business representatives, other business architects, IT architects, systems analysts, and developers. Analysis, collaboration, and communication skills are central to the work.
Work Tasks
Lead and document workshops regarding business modeling together with case handlers and section managers who are often unfamiliar with architecture work
Develop and create business architecture models, such as capability, process, stakeholder, concept, state, and information models, and describe relationships between different perspectives, such as business and IT architecture for current and future states
Describe relationships between business and IT architecture in ArchiMate in Sparx EA
Anchor proposals with affected stakeholders such as other sponsors, architects, requirements analysts, and developers
Ensure formal approvals in relevant decision forums such as architecture boards
Communicate changes to affected stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
Strong competence in business architecture and at least five years of professional experience developing business architecture models that include at least process, concept, state, and information models
At least two years of professional experience with modeling work in Sparx EA or similar tools
At least two years of professional experience with enterprise architecture
Very strong competence in modern business and IT development and skilled at understanding the interplay with other development roles
Good knowledge of agile development methods and well-versed in modern business and IT development practices
Excellent Swedish in speech and writing
Desirable Criteria
Competence in Astrakan and UML (Kronofogden uses Astrakan and UML notation for process models)
Competence in IT architecture
Competence in requirements work
Experience with customer journeys and service design
Experience working in large, complex organizations
