Operations Manager – Technical and Operational Leadership

About the position
In the role as operations manager, you will work closely with the CEO and board and become a central part of the company's continued development. You are responsible for the operational activities, working together with an Operations Manager focused on personnel and financial management from project start to completion, and you ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and with high quality.
You lead the operations together with other functions within the management group and actively work with planning, follow-up, customer dialogue, and personnel management.
Examples of responsibilities:
Operational leadership of projects and operations
Responsible for production, time, and personnel planning
Lead and monitor projects from establishment to completion
Conduct customer meetings and follow-ups during projects
Ensure that work environment, environmental, and quality requirements are met
Work according to ISO processes and internal safety procedures
Conduct risk analyses and documentation in accordance with applicable regulations
Responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment is returned in proper condition
Drive improvement initiatives and develop operations together with management
We are looking for you who
Have a degree as a technical engineer or civil engineer in construction, contracting, or similar
Have experience in leading roles within the construction, contracting, or contracting industry
Have experience in project management, operational management, and personnel responsibility
Have good technical understanding and interest in machinery and production
Are experienced in working with safety and quality matters
Have good computer skills
Speak Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing
Have a valid driver's license (category B)
Meritorious:
Experience as site manager, work supervisor, or production manager
Experience from earthwork and contracting projects
Experience in logistics and resource planning
Knowledge of Spanish
