We are now seeking an engaged and driven Operations Manager with personnel responsibility for our combined mission in Botkyrka. This is a key role where you will have the opportunity to lead, develop, and coordinate multiple youth activities. In this role, you combine strategic leadership with a strong commitment to society and become an important force in creating meaningful contexts, participation, and hope for the future for young people in Botkyrka. About the Mission in Botkyrka Fryshuset will operate several activities in Botkyrka with Southside Tumba as a central hub. The mission encompasses meeting places and activities for young people where the focus is on meaningful leisure, participation, relationships, and hope for the future. The activities are led in day-to-day work by facility managers and supervisory functions, while you as operations manager hold overall responsibility for the whole. In this role, you are responsible for creating shared direction, developing the activities, and ensuring that Fryshuset delivers high quality in accordance with the mission, goals, and values. You are also Fryshuset's primary representative in dialogue with the municipality and other important partners. Your Role at Fryshuset As operations manager, you have overall responsibility for Fryshuset's activities in Botkyrka. You lead through others and create the conditions necessary for facility managers and staff to succeed in their assignments. The role combines strategic leadership with close operational responsibility. You also have special responsibility for Southside Tumba and work together with the Senior Leisure Leader/Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Operations Management Lead and develop Fryshuset's combined mission in Botkyrka Ensure quality, goal achievement, and activity development Create shared direction and collaboration between activities Personnel and Leadership Hold personnel responsibility for the activity's staff and leaders Recruit, develop, and coach employees Respond for work environment, skills development, and follow-up Collaboration and Representation Be Fryshuset's primary contact with Botkyrka municipality Build relationships and develop collaboration with local actors Represent Fryshuset in relevant networks and forums Finance and Follow-up Respond for budget tracking and financial control Follow up, analyze, and report on activity results Responsibility for Southside Tumba Hold overall responsibility for Southside Tumba Ensure functioning operations, coordination, and resource planning together with the Senior Leisure Leader/Assistant Manager Contribute operationally in the activity when needed Who Are You? Your experience and insight allow you to balance the activity's needs with the staff's conditions and the assignment's long-term goals.
