Míru 51, 276 01 Mělník or delivered in person to the reception desk of the city office or - the application with required documents can be sent electronically via data box - ID of the data box of the City of Mělník hqjb2kg or by email via the e-mail reception [email protected] provided that the message is equipped with a recognized electronic signature Characteristics of the activities performed Performance of tasks related to the execution of the public guardian's activities from the position determined in accordance with the applicable legal regulations specified primarily in Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended. The public guardian, in accordance with the designated authorization, represents a natural person in the performance of legal acts to whom they were appointed by court decision, particularly in connection with the limitation of legal capacity or the fulfillment of other facts specified primarily in Section § 465 of the aforementioned legal norm. The guardian represents the person in legal acts within the scope of competencies - actions specified in the court decision; representation also concerns actions before public authorities or the administration of property or financial resources (e.g., administration of disability/old-age pension). Within this position, basic support will also be provided to natural persons/related persons who perform the function of a guardian with the aim of ensuring smooth performance of their function, but also ensuring the rights of persons to whom a guardian was appointed (particularly persons with mental illness that has consequences for the ability to perform legal acts - legal capacity).
