We are Western Sweden's largest sheet metal shop, have sister offices in Halmstad (Falkens Plåt & Ventilation) and Båstad, and perform all types of work in sheet metal and ventilation, including stainless steel. We are growing and are now seeking additional ventilation installers for our teams in Falkenberg and Halmstad.
What Does the Role Offer?
As a ventilation installer with us, you will work with the installation and assembly of complete ventilation systems in both new construction, renovations, and major industrial projects. Thanks to our focus on quality, safety, and long-term customer relationships, we have built strong market confidence and today collaborate with many of Halland's leading industrial companies, builders, and contractors.
Your tasks will include:
• Assembly of ventilation ducts, units, and ventilation components
• Installation of complete ventilation systems
• Blueprint reading and interpretation of technical documentation
• Adaptation and adjustment of installations on site
You will be part of a cohesive team where you work closely with experienced colleagues, customers, and other contractors. You will be based at one of our facilities in Falkenberg or Halmstad and work on projects throughout Halland.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with relevant high school education and practical experience in assembly or installation work, preferably in ventilation but otherwise in construction, HVAC, electrical, or industrial work. You are accustomed to reading and understanding blueprints and technical documentation. You have a B driving license and good knowledge of Swedish.
As a person, you are responsible, self-driven, and meticulous with a strong focus on quality in the work you perform. You have a solution-oriented mindset, are flexible when circumstances change, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, customers, and other professional groups.
