Falkenbergs Plåtslageri was founded in 1966 and is currently run by third-generation sheet metal worker Henrik Unosson. We are Western Sweden's largest sheet metal shop, have sister offices in Halmstad (Falkens Plåt & Ventilation) and in Båstad, and perform all types of work in sheet metal and ventilation, including stainless steel. We are approximately 35 employees and our customers consist of companies, industries, builders, and private individuals. We are growing and are now looking for more ventilation installers for our teams in Falkenberg and Halmstad.
What Does the Role Offer?
As a ventilation installer with us, you will work with installation and assembly of complete ventilation systems in both new construction, renovations, and major industrial projects. Thanks to our focus on quality, safety, and long-term customer relationships, we have built strong trust in the market and today collaborate with many of Halland's leading industrial companies, builders, and contractors.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
• Installation of ventilation ducts, units, and ventilation components
• Installation of complete ventilation systems
• Blueprint reading and interpretation of technical documents
• Adaptation and adjustment of installations on site
You will be part of a cohesive team where you have close collaboration with experienced colleagues, customers, and other contractors. You will work from one of our facilities in Falkenberg or Halmstad on projects throughout Halland.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with relevant upper secondary education and practical experience in assembly or installation work, preferably within ventilation but otherwise in construction, plumbing, electrical, or industrial work. You are comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and technical documents. You have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish.
As a person, you are responsible, self-driven, and thorough with a strong focus on quality in the work you perform. You have a solution-oriented approach, are flexible when circumstances change, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, customers, and other professionals.
