We are seeking an experienced healthcare department manager to lead a team of staff members and be responsible for professional, operational, and personnel management of the service. Requirements - Education in the field of general nursing with professional qualification to practice the profession of general nurse according to Act No. 96/2004 Coll., on non-medical healthcare professions - Knowledge of PC work · Experience with team leadership and organizational skills, · Ability for empathy, communication, and independent decision-making, · Clean criminal record · Salary classification according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. + management allowance and personal compensation.
