Starting 24.8.2026 - ensure operational and technical functioning of the faculty, manage and organize the work of the internal administration team (crop cultivators, maintenance workers, cleaning staff, security personnel), plan repairs and maintenance of buildings, technical equipment and machinery, responsibility for the technical condition of machinery and vehicle fleet, management and maintenance of gardens and grounds, collaboration with external vendors and supervision of their work, maintain energy consumption records. Minimum high school education in technical field with final exam or university degree in technical field (e.g., civil or mechanical engineering), minimum 10 years of experience in building maintenance and management, technical systems and vehicle fleet, proven experience leading a team of minimum 10 employees for at least 5 years, basic user knowledge of PC work (MS Office, internet), Class B driver's license required - active driver, analytical and strategic thinking.
