Job Responsibilities • Organization, coordination, and supervision of cleaning staff, • Assignment of individual areas and work tasks, • Quality control of completed cleaning work, • Ensuring cleaning when staff are absent, • Inventory and distribution of cleaning and hygiene supplies, • Monitoring consumption and timely procurement of supplies, • Cooperation with school management and operational staff, • Oversight of work procedures, workplace safety, and hygiene standards compliance, • Personal performance of cleaning work as needed by the employer. We Require • Reliability, independence, and responsible approach, • Good organizational and communication skills, • Ability to lead and coordinate a work team, • Attention to detail and thoroughness in work inspection, • Medical fitness for work, • Clean criminal record, • Experience in cleaning or similar supervisory position is a plus.
