Responsibility for assigned contracts (cleaning services in the Uh. Hradiště and Hodonín districts), active field work (regular inspections of work performed at customer sites), employee recruitment, administrative duties (approximately 30% of work time - employee onboarding and offboarding documents, attendance records, material orders), managing a team of approximately 50 employees, material delivery to facilities, flexible work hours based on operational hours and needs of individual facilities, proven knowledge at high school level with diploma, natural authority, driver's license "B" (active driver), ability to handle occasional high workload and stressful situations, opportunity to work for a purely Czech company with 29 years of history and approximately 1,800 employees, access to mobile phone, notebook, company vehicle (for business purposes), 5 weeks vacation, monthly, annual and other bonuses, meal voucher card, sick days, on-the-job training, internal and external training (professional courses, soft skills and more), 2 company social or sports events per year
