Fixed-term employment contract (6 months) with the possibility of conversion to indefinite contract, three-shift operation - flexible working hours. Job responsibilities: leading and organizing the maintenance team; planning preventive maintenance, repairs, and service interventions with subsequent quality checks; troubleshooting and improving maintenance efficiency; managing buildings and technical equipment; ensuring inspections and audits; vendor selection, requesting quotes, and negotiating with suppliers; overseeing work performed by external service providers; proposing modernizations and investments.
