Together with our teams in Bulgaria, Germany, and Poland, we support renowned customers in the manufacturing of switchboards, installations, technology commissioning, and system maintenance. We are seeking an experienced colleague to take responsibility for manufacturing technical preparation and help us advance production efficiency to the next level. We manufacture everything from small switchboards to distribution units with nominal power up to 7200A.
Main responsibilities:
- Leadership and development of the Manufacturing Technical Preparation (MTP) team
- Management of manufacturing technical preparation processes (procedures, bills of materials, standards)
- Creation of production documentation and manuals based on both our and client documentation
- Development and optimization of production documentation
- Collaboration with production, design, and procurement departments
- Implementation of new projects into production
- Identifying cost savings and process optimization opportunities (lean, standardization)
- Work with ERP systems (data management, change management)
Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent high school education with proven experience in a similar position
- Experience in Manufacturing Technical Preparation or electrical production
- Team leadership experience
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (preferably in contract manufacturing or electrical field)
- Analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Helios) is an advantage
- Knowledge of E-Plan or AutoCAD is a plus
- Ability to learn new technologies (Eaton X-main Energy Configurator)
- English language skills at a communicative level
