What you will do: Education and/or experience in mechanical engineering is essential for this position. - Ensure the transfer of company strategy, goals, and tasks to your team. - Set objectives and assign specific tasks to individual team members. - Determine methods and work procedures for completing assigned work tasks. - Establish forms of cooperation within the team and ensure necessary cooperation with members of other departments. - Ensure logical and timely continuity in task completion. - Monitor production flows - contracts. - Track attendance of subordinate employees and prepare documentation for payroll. - Monitor planned and unplanned cooperation. - Verify production batch labeling against production documentation. - Monitor and evaluate the results and performance of individual team members, present findings to supervisors. - Address interpersonal relationships within the team. - Maintain records of protocols delivered with production orders. - Comply with ISO 9001 standards. - Regular participation in operational meetings. - Oversee compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations. - Motivate and evaluate subordinate employees within your assigned organizational unit.
