What awaits you with us
• You will lead and develop a team of software engineers and industrial automation designers
• Managing the technical aspects of automation projects including capacity planning and resource allocation
• Designing control system architecture and overseeing the quality of delivered solutions
• Participating in PLC system programming and configuration
• Overseeing the design and development of HMI/SCADA applications
• Collaboration with project management, electrical designers, manufacturing, sales and customers
• Creating and maintaining technical standards, methodologies and documentation
• Providing technical support during FAT/SAT tests, system commissioning and troubleshooting operational issues
• Mentoring team members and developing their technical competencies
• Participating in commercial-technical negotiations and proposal preparation
What we need from you
• Secondary or higher technical education, ideally in automation, electrical engineering, cybernetics, industrial control or similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams or managing technical projects
• Demonstrable experience with PLC system design and programming
• Practical experience with HMI or SCADA application development

• Advanced knowledge of Siemens environment, especially SIMATIC S7-1200/S7-1500, TIA Portal and ideally PCS 7
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems, ideally AVEVA System Platform/InTouch, Reliance SCADA or WinCC
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols, such as Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/RTU or OPC UA
• Ability to read electrical and project documentation
• English at a level that allows you to communicate across ACS branches and with customers
• Ability to lead a team, make decisions and take responsibility for technical solutions
