We require a minimum of higher vocational education in social services, at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in social services, knowledge of legislative issues and quality standards is a plus, very good communication skills, ability to work with information, excellent written communication, positive attitude toward working with seniors, stress resilience, willingness, flexibility, good health status, clean criminal record, and computer literacy.
